In the age of Information, savvy clients are using Search platforms such as Zillow and Realtor.com like pros. While these are user friendly and provide a wealth of useful information , including FSBOs, Realtors still have access to the most accurate and up to date information on available listings. I'm pleased to share access to the MLS through our Client Portal, an interactive, full format tool which allows me to set up and share searches for you. Clients can rate and favorite properties, set up their own searches, and send chats about individual listings.
